RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
ika does not issue refunds or returns for Products that are not defective or expired at the time of delivery.
Therefore, no refunds or returns will be accepted specifically for the following reasons: product misuse, improper storage, improper handling.
It is your responsibility to inspect the Products at the time of delivery to ensure that they are undamaged and safe for consumption. After fourteen (14) days of receipt, you will be deemed to have received the Products in good condition and free from defects.
If the delivered Product is defective, outdated or incomplete at the time of delivery, ika undertakes to send you a new Product free of charge within the following week. It is your responsibility to contact Customer Service to report the condition of the Product within fourteen (14) business days of delivery. You may be asked to keep the expired or defective Product for disposal.
